GMBC Real Estate was founded in 1986 by Gary Monetta as the Gary Monetta Brokerage Company. Originally based in Mission Valley and later relocated to Ramona, the company has grown into a community-focused property management firm serving owners and tenants throughout San Diego County.
In 2007, Tim Monetta joined the business and became the sole owner, continuing the family’s commitment to attentive service and long-standing client relationships. Today, GMBC leases and manages 27 commercial properties and 5 residential properties across San Diego, Escondido, and Ramona, working with more than 100 tenants.
GMBC provides full-service real estate support, including commercial and residential sales, property leasing and management, and lease consultation. Our portfolio includes retail, office, medical, and industrial properties. We take pride in treating every property as our own and delivering responsive, relationship-driven service for every client.
